I am Samantha Parkin, a licensed real estate agent located in Orange County, Ca. I am originally from the small beach town of Ventura, Ca and now reside in Irvine, Ca.
With a background in customer service, mechanical engineering, and motherhood, I bring strong, dedicated service to my clients.

I graduated from UC Irvine with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2024.
I try to watch the sunset every night.
I love Disneyland!
I was raised in a small beach town.
I love exploring and going on adventures with my family.
I moved to Orange County in 2022 to attend UC Irvine.
My baby turned 1 this year (2025).
I love smores! Especially when they are made with a bonfire on the beach.
